My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Diamond is a female, brindle 6 year old Red Nose pitbull who needs a new loving home. She is currently living with  another pitbull  at my mother's house in Gloucester, MA. My mother can no longer take care of two big dogs and is forced to give up one due to landlords orders. Diamond is a sweetheart and we are sad to see her leave the family, but we know she will make someone, or a family very happy. She has never been a problem for our family and has the best temperament! Diamond obeys commands and is highly intelligent. She loves her owner and family. Through the years she has never lived with small children or cats. Diamond loves to play and would do great with another dog her size. She is currently overweight at 80lbs, but with the right diet and regular exercise she should weight about 70lbs. We just found out that Diamond has an allergy to chicken, so she will need a special chicken-free diet--which will be easy for her new family! All medicals are up to date and she is spayed. Please give me, Kyle,  a call with any questions or to schedule a meeting with Diamond,  978-471-8280, or my mother, Lisa, at  978-325-7352.

Dogs:  She does not get along with small dogs. She lives with another pit bull now and they are best friends. Diamond would do BEST alone or with another big dog.

Cats: Diamond does not get along with cats.

Children/Sex: Diamond gets along with all people, including children, males and females, in public but has never lived with children. She has lived with females and males and sex is not a problem.

Spayed: Yes

Vaccinations: All are up to date. She had vaccinations completed Sunday, January 26th, at the MSPCA in Jamaica Plain, MA.

Overall, Diamond is a very well behaved girl who would love to be with a family who can give her attention and exercise. She loves to play with people and other big dogs. She is very loving and would make someone very happy!
