Denver's Info...

Denver's Story...
Denver is a 1 year old Shepherd mix who weighs about 49 pounds. Denver is Housetrained. He gets along with other dogs, but he is a little nervous around cats; however he hasn't been observed showing any desire to hurt them. He has not been observed around children but he might do just fine given a careful introduction and supervision.

Denver's "ideal" home would be one in which he had a fenced in yard and he'd love dog siblings! He is a very sweet lovable boy who enjoys sleeping on the floor next to his foster parent's bed.

Denver can't wait to meet his loving forever family!

Adoption Fee: $100, which includes vaccinations, rabies, deworming, current heartworm & flea prevention, & spay/neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Denver, a Clarksville Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Clarksville, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Clarksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
