Bruce's Story...
Greetings! My name is Bruce and I am a 1.5-year-old ball on energy and fluff. Although not too much is known about my history, I wandered into my foster Mom’s kitty trap for a bite to eat and the rest is history! She thinks I was either dumped or left behind since I was friendly and a little on the skinny side. I have been described as an Alpha kitty since I play too rough with her other kitties and prefer to hang out with people rather than other cats. I like to be where you are….using the computer, I will be in your lap or helping you surf the web. Putting on makeup, I will be sitting on the counter helping you! I have been coexisting with a large dog, but it is unknown how I will respond to a little dog. My ideal home would be as an only kitty with a bunch of toys, a scratching post and a window of sliding glass door that will provide a nice sunspot for napping, as I am now exclusively an indoor kitty. I almost forgot to mention that I am a talker and will not hesitate to tell you all about my day. If you are looking for a fluffy bundle of love and energy, please make me part of your family! Love, Bruce

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruce, a Tampa Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
