Ellen's Story...
Ellen is a cuddly sweetheart. She's a friendly little kitten who wants to snuggle up as close as possible. She likes to share your pillow and wedge her tiny face under your chin, or go under the covers and curl up next to you. She's tiny and quick, loves to run and play. Ellen is good with other cats and loves everyone. She is sure to make you smile and warm your heart. She is a brown/gray tiger stripe, with white chest and paws. Her face is light with whisker holes that look like little freckles. Very cute and incredibly affectionate, she is ready for the right person to take her home and love her forever. She does great with other cats, but would also do well as an only cat. She's young and adaptable and would love to settle into a forever home where she has room to grow and play.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellen, a Mount Clemens Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Mount Clemens, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Mount Clemens.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Clemens already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Clemens breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Clemens paves the way for another one to be saved.
