Hank's Story...
Hank is a slightly older lab, at 8 but he is as playful as a young pup! It takes him no time at all to get settled in.He is a sweetheart and a gentleman. His favorite activity is to flop down on the floor next to one of the kids. He knows how to sit and stay and he comes when he's called. He is a wonderful dog! He weighs in at about 99 lbs and would sooner be in the water than on land-loves the kiddie pool! Hank is located in a Tri City foster home.
Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you fully vetted. For more detailed information about this dog, go to www.mikeyschance.com, or our FB page, https://www.facebook.com/MikeysChanceCanineRescue. To apply to adopt Hank please email mikeyschance@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hank, a Seattle Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
