Hans lost his home when unforeseen circumstances hit his family. His former owner did not fully understand the significance of not training an alpha male GSD. While he has had some basic training, no one has taken the time to explain to Hans that he is not the pack leader. Consequently, Hans as a very high opinion of himself and believes he should be the one in charge! He has an alpha personality.
Hans is fully housebroken & can go for many hours without needing a potty break. He walks well on a leash & likes to stay right by your side. He loves to shake paws for a treat or just to be friendly (just hold out your hand). He knows how to sit (use the word “sit” as a command) and will wait patiently in that position.
Hans needs an experienced owner who realizes that with some time and effort, Hans will become a show stoper. He will excel in a home with the person who is willing to spend the time needed to show him how to behave.
