Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi folks and thanks for getting on the site to see if I might be the perfect dog for you! My name is Marsha and I am a medium sized 35 lb mix female. I'm not 100% sure WHAT I am, but possibly Dalmatian with Retriever or maybe Hound(?) mix. Apparently, I am commonly referred to as a mutt:) I am approximately 1 year old and full grown. I was rescued from a rural Ohio dog shelter. This shelter was scrambling to move dogs so they could open up space for those strays coming in. They really hate to euthanize so Dogworks Inc agreed to take me into rescue and search for a loving home. Paws in the air to Dogworks Inc. for taking me in!!
I am a friendly girl who starts out slightly skeptical but curious of those I meet...both people and other dogs. Once I know another dog will play, I LOVE running, jumping and chasing. I'm VERY puppyish and for fun will even occasionally chase my own tail. I can admit that I could use a little work on manners / commands and leash walking. I am making progress on house breaking and crate training. I seem to be good with dogs and older children, cats unknown. I DO have energy so patience needed to continue training me. Adoption fee includes spay, vaccine update, heartworm check and G.I. de worming. Adoption fee $150.00.
So that's my story in a nutshell . . . sure hope to find my FOREVER home soon!
