Here's what the humans have to say about me:
KEMPER is a handsome and loving Border Collie mix male that has loads of charm and charisma to share. He is very sweet and loves to play with his toys. The vet estimates his age to be around 1 1/2 years old and he got his second chance after he was brought into the kill shelter as a stray. He literally was the next dog set to be euthanized. His foster mom is an animal control officer and her job is tough because she loves dogs and cats and hates to see the neglect and abandonment that she sees every day. She was at the shelter just doing a walk-thru in the kennels and she saw this good looking boy. She saw that he was marked to be killed that day, and so she raced to the shelter employee and begged her to let her pull him so he could be saved. This foster mom who knows dogs well just saw something in Kemper and knew he would be a great companion. Turns out she was right on the money! Kemper is great with kids, dogs and cats. Even her 3 year old grandson can walk him on a leash. Kemper is that easy and gentle. He is fully vetted and heartworm negative. Don’t miss out on this boy, he is a rare find! ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
