My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jude is a beautiful young boy. He is approximately 10 months old and about 35 pounds. Up to date on shots and neutered. He loves to play chase with toys and run in circles around the yard. He loves to chase birds, but sometimes confuses planes for geese and chases them across the field as well. He loves to play with his pack mates, Lola, Rusty and Buddy. He walks well on a leash without pulling and knows sit and down. He loves to ride in the truck, travel to horse shows and sleep in hotel rooms. He is the opposite of food aggressive and lets Lola steal treats out of his mouth if I am not watching. He will let the other dogs take his food as well so he needs to watched eating so he gets his meals. He is protective and barks at strange vehicles, but as soon as someone gets out he wags his tail and approaches them to get petted. He is a very sweet and loving boy. He likes to snuggle with his people and other pack members, but if the bed gets too full he will move to a chair for the night. He is not aggressive when smaller dogs snark at him, but has finally decided he will not pester the old lady Jack Russells at horse show because they always bite his nose. If charged by large dogs while he is on a leash, he will get defensive, but as soon as the threat is gone and a proper introduction is made he instantly wants to play. He is in a loving foster home in Louisiana and available for adoption through The Freckles Freedom Fund. Please contact us for an application.
