LACIE's Story...
Hey it's Lacie here. I am a Redbone Coonhound mix. I am 13 weeks old and weigh 22 pounds. I'm crate trained and working on being house trained. I can walk on a leash, and sit! I love to talk, snuggle, play and give kisses. Most of all I love squeaky toys and treats, but I do have a sensitive stomach! I would do best with a family who is familiar with Hound breeds, plus I would need/love to go to a home that has a completely fenced in back yard or a farm. I would love to have another pup or adult dog to play with and keep me company. I would do best with older kids because I still have my baby teeth and they are sharp, and I don't want to knock them over. I hope you pick me! Woof! ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Why Adoption is a Great Option

LACIE, a Salem Redbone Coonhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redbone Coonhound for sale in Salem, or seeking a Redbone Coonhound puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redbone Coonhound breeders who help with Redbone Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
