Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Frankie and I've had it kind of rough! Dogworks, Inc. recently rescued me from a poor rural Ohio County along the Ohio River in Southeast Ohio. They think I am about 4-5 years old and suspect that I was used my whole life as a breeding dog. When the nice lady came and rescued me, I smelled really bad and was completely matted with urine and feces. That is NO way for a sweet guy like me to live! Since being rescued, I got a nice bath, a snazzy new hair cut and they discovered a beautiful blonde boy under all that filth. I even heard people say they couldn't believe I was the same dog, so apparently I clean up well. I am currently being treated for ear inflammation and they are working with me on housebreaking. I weigh 33 pounds. I am crate trained, seem to get along with other dogs/cats unknown. I could use a little work on my leash walking. I am currently in a foster home with no kids, so I'm not sure how I would do living with youngsters 24/7. Dogworks, Inc. is still learning more about me each and every day. Applications are currently being accepted for me and they estimate I will be available for placement after 2/12/14. I am in need of some dental care that Dogworks, Inc. is currently trying to arrange. Adoption fee includes, neuter, vaccine update, heartworm check and G.I. de worming. Adoption fee $170.00.
