Baby's Story...
Hello there! I'm a very sweet lady, and I just love people. I like to put my head in your lap for an ear scratch and just take it easy. I know I'm a little older than what most people are looking for, but just think: I am past those crazy puppy years! I'm very mellow, but I would prefer to be in an only dog home; other dogs are just a little too overwhelming for me and I'd rather the young just respect their elders and give me some space. I appear to be in great shape for my age, so if you're looking for an easygoing companion who will love you for the rest of her life, look no further and give me a chance.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby, a Harrisonburg Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
