Litton's Story...
Classifieds: Young (2 years) b/w small (~14 lbs) single Japanese male seeks
lasting life long companion(s). Must be willing to share your heart and
possibly your bed. One look into my baby browns and I promise the worlds
problems will melt away. Likes: teenagers, tug-o-war, fetch, ball, loving
attention, long walks in the park and snuggles. Dislikes: sharing my toys with
4 legged strangers, big 4 legged bruisers (they scare me), some cats?

Litton's mom has been battling Lupus and RA for years. Just recently she has
had to give up her home and move in with her parents due to both physical and
financial reasons.

Litton is around 2 years old. He is about 14 lbs. We are told he is about a
high mix Chin/Shih Tzu. He has the most gorgeous face and eyes that are
brimming with expression. He is a pretty calm, quiet guy. House trained and
will bark at the door to go out. He likes to sleep in bed with his human, knows
the sit up and speak command. Litton is not used to sharing his toys with other
dogs (not mean just unfamiliar) as he has been an only and big dogs make him a
bit nervous. He could be an only or with other friendly dogs given adjustment

Litton is altered, microchipped and fully vetted.

Litton has had a pampered and loved life and I promised his mom I would find him
a wonderful forever home. Are you that home? Please, you MUSTpaste following link into your browser BEFORE emailing for further information. If you'd like to find out more information about our adoption procedure or to apply for this dog click or paste the following into your browser:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Litton, a Washington Japanese Chin/Shih Tzu puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Japanese Chin/Shih Tzu for sale in Washington, or seeking a Japanese Chin/Shih Tzu puppy from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Japanese Chin/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Japanese Chin/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
