Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Marigold
Est. DOB: March 4, 2010
Description: DMH Orange Persian Mix
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $100.00
**FRONT DECLAWED**
Marigold is very sweet and very playful, albeit a bit of a diva. She’s not a big fan of being held and will let you know if you need to change your approach in stroking her or just leave her alone for a while. But in general, she enjoys the company of her humans immensely and enjoys a cuddle at night while watching TV. She’s a big fan of the cat friendly dog in her foster home. Marigold is front declawed and like many declawed cats can be very picky about her litterbox. Her current foster home has hardwood floors so she hasn’t been tempted to not use the litterbox and she seems to have a preference for pine litter and her foster mom’s large Buddah dome litter box (she prefers a large box). She can get along with other cats, but won’t do well with an assertive or dominant other cat. She loves to climb on things so would like a family with a cat tree or climbing space where she can explore. She loves the laser pointer and catnip toys (and mice) too! She’s a fun and playful girl. Marigold was pulled from a high kill shelter.
Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites; FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with Home Again microchips with shelter paid registration.
