Is there anything cuter than a Basset/Beagle puppy?? I don't think so! This little girl is as sweet as she is adorable. Tiffer is about 2 1/2 months old, loves to snuggle up and give kisses and keep a spot on your lap warm! She is in foster care in West TN and will be transported once the adoption is finalized.
