Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! my name is Mocha, and I am a greyhound/collie/husky type cross. My birthday was around March of 2013. My heritage is unknown, but I have beautiful brindle markings and a long, skinny face like a greyhound, herding tendencies like a collie, with the plush super soft coat of a husky. My foster mom says I am the perfect mix of all those breeds.
I am pretty and smart; the whole package! I am crate trained and house trained and know some basic commands. I am not an overly active dog, but I do love going for walks around the neighborhood or at the dog park, and I even walk really nicely on leash. I am a very good girl, and get along well with other dogs - I even get to play at doggie daycare sometimes, and I have such a good time!
I love people and even though I am a big girl (23 inches tall), I am very gentle and do not jump up. My foster mom says I am a bit overweight, so she has me on a diet. Right now I am 66 lbs, but I should be closer to 55-60 lbs once I am at my ideal weight.
If you are looking for a sweet, laid back, playful dog, then I am definitely your girl! You can apply to adopt me at www.newhoperescue.org
