My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Hettie and I am a gorgeous 3 yr old Parti Schnauzer girl. Parti refers to my unusual black and white colors. I weigh about 14 lbs and am full of wonder about life.

I wonder what a real dog's life is supposed to be. Wait until you see my brown eyes...they will melt your heart if you give me the chance.

Until recently I spent my life living with an owner who was a breeder and a hoarder along with several of my brothers and sisters. Thank goodness that through the help of a local dog warden that heard our story and Schnauzer Rescue Cincinnati, we were all released.

Now I am actually sleeping on a real bed...not hay and have lots of good food and fresh water to drink. You could say my new year started off on the right paw!

I love to play with other dogs and am learning what toys are. I am now full vetted and u-t-d on all my shots....my teeth are so white and pretty now too. I need a little help when it comes to house manners and also am learning what a leash is.

In my forever home, I will need a fenced yard for this reason. Please fill out an application for me and make my dream to find a forever home come true. My application fee is only $275. Thank you.
