Alan is a male Shih Tzu only 1 year in age. He is a very handsome boy with orange and white coloring and a gorgeous, long, thick wavy coat. Alan is non-shedding and has been professionally groomed. He is a hefty boy, weighing in at a solid 17 pounds full grown. True to his breed, Alan is an easy going gentleman with fantastic manners and a mellow personality. He walks beautifully on leash and loves to go for walks. Alan gets along well with other dogs and is good with cats. He rides quietly in the car and you can take him anywhere in public. He will undoubtedly turn heads wherever he goes since he is such a beautiful boy. Inside the house, Alan loves to be part of the family and is a cheery presence. He knows how to hang out and keep you company, but he will also get very animated and happy if you want to give him some treats and teach him new things. Alan likes a more refined environment, nothing too chaotic or busy. He is going to make a fantastic companion and pet. Alan was brought in stray to a very high volume/high kill shelter where we rescued him. His classy looks and even temperament caught our eye immediately. Alan is very healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Alan’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Alan is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Andrea and is ready for his forever home.
