My story

Strikingly handsome young sweetheart seeks his forever home!

Yukon is a purebred German Shepherd, a Black Sable from Czech import lines, impounded by animal control from a breeder. He is approximately 14-16 months old.

A very gentle, docile, happy-go-lucky German Shepherd, he thinks everyone and everything is his friend -- other dogs, children, adults, strangers. He is low energy with low to moderate exercise needs. He walks gently and easily on lead, is fully housebroken, and is quiet. He is a very healthy dog with no special dietary needs.

He would be perfect for a young family with children and another dog. He would love to be a constant companion -- happy to be a couch potato just hanging out, as well as game for play anytime with people or dogs. His appearance and breed will serve as a "watchdog" deterrent to burglars and bad guys, while he shows no guarding, territorial, or protective traits typical of the breed and no signs of aggression.

On temporary adoption hold for a bit of separation anxiety, he is available to meet NOW & will be ready to go to his forever home very soon!
