Morris is a male Spaniel mix only 1 year in age. He has a silky, wavy, jet black coat with a little touch of chocolate brown around his ears and a small white diamond on his chest. Morris is a nice sturdy size weighing in at 16 pounds. He gets along great with other dogs and is on the submissive side. He will follow other dogs around, copying their behavior and learning rapidly. He likes dogs that are gentle. Morris has had a rough start in life and is still trying to figure out who his friends are. He is eager to have a person he can trust and depend on. Morris loves to be stroked on the head and prefers a calm, gentle touch. He is not a rough and tumble kind of guy and likes to feel safe and secure. Morris appears to be quite intelligent and picks up on new things quickly. He likes to be included and is hesitant at first until he realizes he is welcomed. Morris loves treats and can easily be coaxed with a tasty tidbit. He will most likely be a very loyal and devoted dog to one or two people. Morris is quietly affectionate and is sure to blossom in a loving home environment. He is very healthy and looking for his new forever home today!

Morris’s adoption donation is $300 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.

Morris is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a King Charles Spaniel/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a King Charles Spaniel/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even King Charles Spaniel/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with King Charles Spaniel/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue.
