My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

...with a banjo on my knee.

Well this Banjo will sit on your knee, lay on your lap, sleep in your bed...yep pretty accommodating guy as long as he can be near you.
Banjo was a stray at a local shelter. While there and through a physical check up, the shelter had detected heartworm in Banjo. Dedicated as they are, they started treatment on him immediately. Now Banjo is heartworm free and ready to play.
And play he did with the 2 blk labs he is being fostered with. All labs, all the same size and all ready for a romp in the snow, playtime in the house or nap together as a pack does...Banjo is easy tempered and on board with all of it.

Coming home from the vet, Banjo had to sit in the back seat-car rules. He did it so quietly the foster mom was amazed he was so relaxed there.
At the vet. he was a perfect gentleman and was relaxing on the couch when the Dr came in to check him.

He started his first day with his foster family with a warm bubble bath...that felt great ! A little more play followed by a nap. Phew. Pretty busy day for a new guy.
Banjo is VERY loving. He gets along with other dogs and really enjoys their company.
Banjo is a lab/German Shorthaired Pointer mix, 4 years old, 59 pounds, housebroken, UTD on vaccinations, neutered and micro chipped.
