Meet Taz!
Taz is a young boy that loves to play! He loves walks (would make a good running partner) and playing in the yard with his foster siblings. Taz is his foster family’s shadow — he loves attention and cuddling in bed!
He loves playing catch, chase and tug. He’s will usually initiate play, and is a confident and goofy puppy! He loves going to daycare and meeting new friends. He’s very food-motivated, which will make training and teaching him new tricks enjoyable. He currently knows sit, down, stay, leave it and drop it. Taz loves learning new tricks and making his humans happy!
Taz gets along great with his two feline foster siblings. If he starts to get too playful, he listens to instruction to calm down. While Taz loves everyone, he’d do best in a home with children age 10 and older.
Taz is looking for a forever family that will keep him mentally and physically stimulated. If you have a fenced-in backyard, even better! Taz’s adoption fee is $300 and he’s located in Milwaukee, WI. Because all our Cupids are fostered in private homes, an approved application MUST be on file before proceeding with a meet-and-greet. The online application can be found at http://www.caninecupids.org/adopt-.html.

Our Thoughts on Visual Breed Identification
Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable. For most of our adoptable Cupids we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think it’s most important is to get to know each dog as an individual! We then do our best to describe each of our adoptable Cupids based on their personalities in order to determine whether they’ll make good companions based on prospective adopters’ lifestyles. Dog behavior is not exclusive to breed — it’s a complex mix of nature and nurture.
