She just wants to please you. What more could one want? Great looks? Fantastic athleticism? A Bright mind? Ginger is described by her foster family as intelligent, playful, and a fast learner. Recently, she attended the “Harvard” of Dog Training here in Atlanta Georgia - Argos Dogworks and has perfected her leash manners. Walking is essential to her well-being and she loves it. She knows place, stay, sit and down commands. This crossfit beefcake is amazing strong and fast! She has shown no signs of aggression with her homemates but is quick to play very excitedly (very) and needs family handlers who are consistent and structured. She would love a home where the family seeks a new challenge for her ( i.e. Frisbee? Not tennis balls, since she may eat them) She tracks a Frisbee well and we are still working on her release.
She lives currently with three adults and 6 other dogs - No Cats and our guess is she would want to investigate these strange little things that fly,hop, and zip around. Check her out with You Lucky Dog Rescue. Appointments for introduction may be scheduled most any day/early evening of the week.
Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
