Ninja's Story...
Ninja’s owner was arrested and Ninja was abandoned and left to fend for herself. The landlord was about to call Rabies Control to pick Ninja up when our group stepped in to help. Ninja was very thin, as she had been unable to find much to eat while she was on her own. Now, Ninja, is a strong and healthy girl! Ninja is about 3 years old and is affectionate and obedient. She loves people and is a happy-go-lucky type of girl. We believe she would enjoy being with an active family as she really does seem to love exercise; we think she would enjoy running or long walks. Ninja has been spayed and vetted and is ready to find her forever home! Please note: Ninja is being fostered in Tennessee; therefore, you would not be able to meet her prior to adoption. The $425 adoption fee covers the cost of spaying, all immunizations and transport to your area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ninja, a White Plains American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in White Plains, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in White Plains.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in White Plains already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a White Plains breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in White Plains paves the way for another one to be saved.
