Weston Clay is a gentle 1 1/2 year old Australian Shepherd possibly mixed with Great Pyrenees. At 55lbs we believe Weston has reached his full growth taking more after the Aussie in size. He has somewhat of a look of a small Great Pyrenees mixed in but it's strictly a guess. Don't let his thick coat fool you, this boy barely sheds. Weston Clay stays true to his breed as he is very patient & gentle with the children in the foster family and he's the same with all of the other dogs in the home. Not to mention this guy is absolutely stunning in person. As for cats, he has yet to meet one, but being a herding breed he would probably do best in a home without any. Weston believes he was meant to be a lap dog & cuddle buddy. He thinks he is more the size of a toy Poodle then he breed. He is extremely intelligent and has already learned to "sit" "stay" & is currently working on "lay". Weston likes to be a part of the family so please keep this in mind. He does enjoy his time outdoors exercising or playing but not to live. He is acclimated to living indoors now with his foster family. This is a breed that will require exercising every single day along with mental stimulation, even though Weston is a pretty laid back guy. . He is doing well on housetraining and is now completely vetted. Weston is ready to find his forever home.. He is one amazing dog and certainly a looker!!
