My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm a 1-year-old spayed female Basenji mix. I weigh about 35 pounds. I'm the most affectionate, sweet & submissive girl you'll ever meet! I'm so amazingly loving with people and, as you can see from my video, I like to give kisses to all my human friends! I'm also great with all other dogs. I'm just an overall super duper friendly gal. CageFree found me at a high-kill local animal shelter where I had been turned in as a stray. It looked like I had recently had puppies, but sadly my pups were nowhere to be found. So I patiently waited for someone to adopt me, but that didn't happen. I wagged my tail & looked longingly at each passerby, but nobody chose me. I was starting to get sad, when suddenly CageFree came to my rescue! They scooped me up from that scary place & brought me to safety. I'm so very ready to find my forever home...I can't wait!
