Cami, Courtesy Listing's Story...
Cami was part of group of Shiba released by a Missouri puppy mill who is now with Shiba Rescue of NJ.

Cami spent most her life producing puppies for these insidious breeders but despite all she had been through she is still a social and easygoing gal. She loves attention and getting a good rub and scratch, Cali will grunt and makes all sorts of sounds because she is so happy to get some attention. Cami is little overweight but still runs ands plays with stuffed toys and the two ofther Shibas that made the journey with her from Missouri.

Cami is spayed, up to date on shots, microchipped, and heartworm tested neg.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cami, Courtesy Listing, a Toms River Shiba Inu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu for sale in Toms River, or seeking a Shiba Inu dog from a breeder in Toms River.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toms River already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toms River breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu breeders who help with Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toms River paves the way for another one to be saved.
