Ravenna's Info...

Ravenna's Story...
Ravenna is a strikingly beautiful dark tortie girl about 10 months old. She has a short coat with plenty of color. Ravenna was rescued from the Paul pound which does not serve cats, and was cared for with love by a Magicats volunteer. She has had considerable experience with other cats, but limited experience with children and none with dogs. She has completed all of her medical work and is current on shots for one year and negative for FIV/FELV. She is offered as an INSIDE ONLY pet, and is an independent girl who will do best in a household of adults or older children who can offer her affection and security and give her time to build her relationship with them. Ravenna will be at Twin Falls PetSmart in February and looks forward to choosing her purr-fect forever home. For more information, email Magicats or call our local volunteer at 208-543-6193.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ravenna, a Buhl Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Buhl, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Buhl.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buhl already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buhl breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buhl paves the way for another one to be saved.
