Izzaboo(Izzy)'s Story...
This pup showed up at a families home during our last big snow. The family was kind enough to bring her inside. They searched for her family but had no luck. They have named her Izzy and have fallen in love with her. As much as they want to keep her, they simply can't handle a third dog. Izzy has done great with the children and has enjoyed playing with both the other dogs. We believe she's between 6 to 8 months old,is super affectionate and loves to sit next to you while she watches animal planet. Her ideal home would have a fenced yard where she can safely chase a ball but also a family that will see Izzy as an inside pet & member of the family. I will post a picture as soon as possible. You will LOVE this cuties HUGE ears.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Izzaboo(Izzy), a Chattanooga Labrador Retriever/Smooth Fox Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Smooth Fox Terrier for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Smooth Fox Terrier dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Smooth Fox Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Smooth Fox Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
