Cissy was found as a stray. The good lady who took her in actually found her owners, but her people didn't want her back! Cissy is a very pretty red & white girl who is around 2 years old. Cissy has beautiful eyes! She's friensly with people and other dogs. She's healthy, spayed, and ready to find a family who will love her forever.
