CHARLIE

Hi, I’m Charlie! I had a rough start to my life. I've known abuse and mistreatment. A few years ago I was found on the side of a country road, nearly dead from hunger and thirst, but kind people rescued me and took good care of me in a foster home. The foster home saved my life but now I would love to have a home I can finally call my own.

I’ve been working hard and received some terrific training with my friend Jon. I’ve learned so much important dog behavior stuff. Jon says my obedience training is progressing nicely. My SIT is very reliable and my RECALL (coming when I’m called) is, too. I’m not bragging but Jon said my LEASH MANNERS are impeccable. I really love people, playing fetch in the yard, going for walks and runs and hanging out with my people. I am very affectionate and love attention.
I need to be an only dog and hope you don’t mind! My loyal companionship will more than make up for it; I’m all the dog you’ll need.

I’m crate-trained, house-trained, up-to-date on all vaccines as well as being *gulp* neutered and micro-chipped.

My terrific trainer will work with my adopters to familiarize them with all I have learned. I promise to make a smooth transition into my new home. I’m ready to adapt to you!
