My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cassie! Cassie is new to DFW GSR. She came from the Fort Worth Shelter off of the euthanasia list just hours before she was scheduled to be put to sleep. She was dumped at the shelter by her "human" along with her 6 week old puppies. Her puppies were adopted out, but Cassie was considered un-adoptable due to the fact that she was hidden terrified in the back of her kennel.
Cassie is a sweet submissive 2 1/2 year old GSD girl that has not known a kind hand. She is learning that we are here to love her and care for her. She has started coming to us for love and attention instead of running and cowering in fear as she did before.
Cassie is a precious girl that is doing wonderfully in the house and with the other dogs in her foster home.
She is looking for a forever home that will treat her as a family member like she deserves.
