BRUCE's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with kids.

BRUCE's Story...
I'm Bruce and I am 7 years young. They tell me I am a senior boxer but I sure don't feel like no senior. I loves to do my boxer burns and play and boy can I dance. I also like to just cuddle with my people and I'll even let you share your bed with me.

I am a very loyal boxer boy and I love my people so much that I can get a little too protective sometimes but we been working on that. I like kids but not too sure about little ones under 5 yrs. Other dogs are ok to but you might have to remind me to be a good boy sometimes.

I need somebody that will be patient with me and help me learn. I really want to be a good boxer boy and please you.

Bruce is one of our senior boxers and as always we want our seniors to have a place to live out their days. We know senior boxers are much harder to place over the young ones therefore we do not ask for an adoption fee. We do ask you to make a donation if you can so we can help the next one.

Bruce is being fostered in Kimberly ID

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BRUCE, a Boise Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Boise, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Boise.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boise already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boise breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boise paves the way for another one to be saved.
