~ABOUT ME~

Cadabby is one of the mamas of the Sesame Street litter. Her, along with her sister, Abby, were dumped at a local shelter with their puppies, who they co-parented.

Cadabby is a GREAT dog, she loves everyone, other dogs and cats. She loves going for car rides, does ok on the leash, is housebroken and crate trained. She does really well out of the crate though and likely wouldn't need to be crated. She loves to be around people and is very content just snuggling. She likes to sit on the back of the couch and watch the world go by outside. She is low energy and would do well in any home.

If you would like to adopt her, please complete an application online at www.poetanimalrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cadabby, a Garden City Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Garden City, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Garden City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Garden City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Garden City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Garden City paves the way for another one to be saved.
