My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE: Just wanted to let everyone know that I came through my medical woes with flying colors. I feel so much better and am ready to find my forever home! BIO: Hey y’all my name is Casper I am white and friendly just like Casper the Ghost. I am 5 months old and weigh 44 pounds, a growing boy. There’s a good chance that I have Great Pyrenees in me, which would explain my big paws. I know you have all read my kind of story before, I was dropped off by my family at a shelter with no explanation given. I know it wasn’t anything I did other than being a typical pup but I promise I didn’t do anything bad. My new vet friends say that I am as sweet as can be and quite the tail wagger. The nice AGB lady that came and picked me up said that I was very friendly and rode very well in the car. My AGB family wanted to make sure I was healthy before I went to a new forever family, (just the thought of that makes me so happy my tail can’t stop wagging). In the process of making sure I was healthy and had all my shots and neutering, I became very sick. The doc discovered that I had Parvo. Now, I can tell you, that is not a whole lot of fun, especially the part about keeping me in isolation. Parvo is very nasty and expensive. My new AGB family said it will cost a lot of money to get me better. So if you can find it in your heart to donate for my fund, I will give you puppy licks, when I am all better. I know I am sick because my normal puppy self just doesn’t feel like playing too much. The Vet said because I am an older pup I should pull through with flying colors, Yay for Me. I am using my recuperation time to dream of my new family, hopefully there are kids around, a yard, toys, car rides, long walks, family movie night and maybe the odd treat :) If I were you I would not wait too long to complete an application for me, because I think I am a great dog, and I just know that when I am ready there will be a line up of families wanting me. Can’t wait to share my Golden love with my perfect forever family. Anxiously waiting, Casper xoxo Please visit me at www.adoptagoldenbirmingham.com or call 205-972-8771 or email camcowen@charter.net
