Hi Everyone! My name is Toby and I am an energetic beagle boy who loves to snuggle. But you should probably know that I love to play too. I mean...I really love to play. I love to play with other dogs, with kids, with adults...I am not picky. I just love to play!
I don't remember too much about my background before I got to my foster family, but my foster parents don't think I lived in a house before. So I am still working on my manners (like learning where the right place is to go to the bathroom and trying to control my loud beagle bark), but I am trying really hard. But if you have the patience to work with me, I promise to give you lots of love in return.
