I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Tiny Annie and her sister Emma were "Christmas gifts." Luckily for them, their intended mom knew of Furry Suits and wisely decided that they deserved homes with families who really wanted them. Annie, the one with the white streak by her nose, is slightly more petite than Emma at this time. Annie is a little more timid than Emma, taking her time coming out of her crate. She will rarely steal a toy from her sister. Annie adores people and loves to be held and pampered. Her foster mom says, "Annie and Emma are two of the most active, smart and happy puppies you will ever meet. They have met and get along well with their canine foster brother (12 lbs) and sister (50 lbs). Right now the girls weigh just 7 to 8 lbs, so it is funny to watch the little ones chase the bigger dogs around the house! At this point they seem to have an interest in cats and want to chase and play with them too. Fortunately, their feline foster siblings were raised around dogs so they are tolerant of the girls' attention." Annie and Emma are being crate trained at this time and doing quite well. Their foster parents faithfully take them outdoors on a regular round-the-clock schedule and usually have to go out in the fenced back yard with them. They do not like to be left alone. Being puppies and Fox Terriers, they have both been encouraged, through positive methods, to chew and bite the correct things, not fingers, noses and clothes. This training will need to be continued and will need much more patience and time. Their future training should include learning not to guard "possessions." Their foster parents feel that they should be separated from each other, but would be fine with other dogs. Please note that due to their age and size, Annie and Emma will not be adopted to homes with young children.
