My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Noah. I'm about 16 weeks old and am only 15 lbs but my feet are BIG so I think I'll be a big dog when I grow up. I look black and white in my photos that my foster mama took but she says I'm actually a really pretty dark chocolate color. I'm a VERY sweet boy and I love to give kisses. I sleep all night long in my crate without any accidents at all AND I sleep in the morning until my family wakes up. My foster mama says that makes me special. I do have accidents in the house though even if I go potty outside, but I'm still a baby so that should be expected. My fur is kind of curly on my back, so my vet thinks I'm half pit bull/half Chesapeak Bay Retriever. I had a little owie on my side when I got out of the shelter. I had to be on medicine for awhile but I'm all better and my hair is going to grow back there, but right now I have a little spot of skin you can see. I'm a smart boy who knows how to sit on command and I love to play fetch ("go get it!") with my tennis balls. I also learned how to teach the other dogs how to break into the cabinet under the sink and eat the sponges, so there are baby locks on there now. Mama says that means I'm smart and should have a family that will train me and make me into a charming ambassador of my breed!! Because many landlords say no to pit bulls, only home owners should apply for me. Also, like all teething puppies my teeth are needle sharp and will hurt small humans so only homes with no children under 5 should apply for me. My mama says my most notable trait is my sweetness. If you think that you can give me my forever home, please fill out an application for me. Paws and kisses!

Adoption fee is $450 to cover vetting and care. Love A Mutt is a 501c3 public charity and all monies go to help other dogs in need. LAMPR cannot guarantee the breed mix or temperament of any dog.
