Lyla is a beautiful 3 year old lovebug who likes to sit in your lap. She is low energy and well behaved. Her and her brother Tito were surrendered to the high kill shelter when their human mom had to go into the nursing home. She is crate trained and house trained.
Lyla is available for adoption through Double E Rescue Ranch. Adopters must live within 250 miles of Copperas Cove, Texas.
The first step of the adoption process is to complete the adoption application on our website at www.DoubleERescueRanch.org
After receiving the application we will contact you to further discuss the dog that your interested in and schedule a meet and greet.
Our adoption process also includes a home visit and adoption contract.
Due to the fact that the majority of our dogs are small in size or older in age we generally do not adopt to homes that have children under 10 years of age for safety reasons. We will possibly consider it on a case by case basis, depending on the personality of the dog.
The adoption donation fee for Lyla is $75 and includes the following:
-Current on DHPP Vaccine
-Current on Bordatella (Kennel Cough) Vaccine
-Current on Rabies Vaccine
-Heartworm Tested and on monthly prevention if they are negative and on slow kill heartworm treatment if positive. (slow kill medication will be provided with the adoption.)
-1 Month of Heartworm Prevention
-Bag of current food
-Collar/harness and Leash if needed
-Lifetime support from the rescue
