Hello World,
My name is Davey and I’m a one year old sweetheart of a bichon. I’m a cuddler and a lover, full of joy and a desire to please. My foster mom says I’m sweet, very playful and smart! She also says I am housebroken and that is not a typo!
Mom says I love my treats and am learning commands. While I can play and entertain myself, I am happiest when I can spend time with people I love. I can run and play or sleep contentedly on your lap or near you. Mom says I’m versatile- I don’t know what she means when she says that but she smiles so I think that’s really good!
Although I am still a youngster, I don’t have to be active around all the time! I like to explore the world and enjoy taking long walks every day. – and I like to watch TV and ‘read’ with Mom, too. I’m an exuberant, happy and sweet little guy that does best with adults and people who know fur kids and are dog savvy. I have a lot I want to share and a tail that wags happily most of the time.
Most of all I want my own forever home – and a person that would love to cuddle with me, spend time with me and take me for walks and rides. Mom says I am a good walker and snuggler - and that I would do best as an only child so I can get, and give, lots of attention.
Mom also says that the doctor told her I used to have a broken leg. Someone tried to fix it but they did not do it quite right. So now I don’t use it very much but it doesn’t slow me down or hurt me. She says it is just another way of being special, like having a cute face, sweet smile and an enormous personality.
