My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Young Luther is a member of a family of cats (all FIV/FELV-negative) who transferred to us from a rescue in Apache Junction AZ. They had been indoor/outdoor but all need to stay inside from now on.

This 1 year-old is a friendly, sweet kitty who doesn't take long to get to know you. He loves snuggling up to people and will let you pet his belly and stroke his long, beautiful coat.

Luther was born with a cleft palate, a genetic abnormality where the two halves of the roof of his mouth didn't fuse properly. It doesn't seem to affect his breathing or overall health, but it gives him an odd appearance.

Luther has been in a cage for a while and looks forward to settling into a permanent home. He hopes you'll overlook his funny nose and be willing to give him a forever family.
