DIAMOND's Story...
This adorable cutie is Diamond! She is a very pretty girl, and her pictures don't do her justice! You really need to come meet her in person to truly appreciate her softness and light. Diamond was adopted from the shelter back in April and believe it or not she was turned in 2/21 for of all things...chasing chickens! Besides that her family said she was a great dog. She is housebroken, knows her basic commands and walks very well on a leash. Diamond is just a year old and weighs 43 lbs. She is current on her vaccines, spayed, micro chipped and will be heartworm tested upon adoption. Diamond's ID # is 563688 and she can be found in run 49. Come meet her today, she really is awesome!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DIAMOND, a Marietta Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
