My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

STARSKY is a young pit bull/hound mix who was abandoned in a suburban neighborhood. We estimate his date of birth to be December 2012. He is neutered, fully-vaccinated, de-wormed and current on monthly flea, tick and heartworm preventives. He is fully-grown and weighs about 55 lb. Starsky is smart, obedient, funny and playful. He is also very affectionate and sleeps with his head on his foster mom's pillow at night so he can be close. He enjoys the company of other dogs and is quite strong, so his canine companions have to be pretty robust to engage him. He still pulls a bit on-leash, but does great with a harness. Starsky is house-trained, using a doggie door. He is very active and will need a fenced yard where he can run off his energy. He has a wonderful positive attitude, is not at all skittish, is very friendly and non-aggressive. Due to his bulk and activity level, he'd probably overwhelm small children, but he'd do fine with older children. This is a courtesy posting. This dog is not affiliated with P.S. I Love You!
