My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Its me Griff, coming to search for my forever family.

My story is short but a little sad, I am a good boy and am only 2 years old. I am a Jack Russell/Dachshund mix, just because I have Jack Russell in me people keep looking past me, my foster mom says I am awesome though and after only 10 minutes on the treadmill I was tired and napped the rest of the day away.

Well I had a family once, it feels like forever ago though.... I got caught up sniffing something outside and wandered off, then I got lost and found myself in a cage at the pound. I was warm and had a nice full belly and they told me that I would be home in no time. Well I waited... and waited for them to come take me home....I used my big Dachshund ears to listen and I heard them say they were not coming, they didn't love me anymore.... So I became sad.... Then they moved me to another room with my friend Trapper and told us it was our lucky day, I wasn't sure what that meant but I was excited to go on a new adventure.

I was taken on a car ride to my new foster home where they said I will get to stay and play until my new family comes to love me. So here I am waiting for you. Yep YOU to come and take me home. I am such a good boy I don't mind other dogs, I like kids, I didn't care about the cat at the clinic.... I ask to go outside (most of the time) but sometimes I can have an accident if I am left alone for too long.... I don't mind being in my crate.... I like to snuggle...

I have been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, heartworm tested (negative), vet checked, and been given the gold star! I will come with my health certificate and a free vet exam card.
My adoption fee is $300.

If you can find it in your heart to provide me the loving forever family I deserve please fill out an application for me on the website.
