My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Birdie. I have the biggest, most contagious smile in the world! I'm a five year old brindle pittie girl that, for a reason I just can't understand, was dumped on the side of a road. It was going to freeze that same night, but luckily a kind man pulled his car over and I jumped right in (because I love car rides and people too!). I spent a very long month at animal control, waiting patiently for a new family to scoop me up. The staff and volunteers loved me so much! They took me for walks every day and thought it was so great the way I would sit on command. They knew that I would make a great family pet so they reached out to some of the nice volunteers at Buster's Friends, and asked them to bust me out of doggy jail! So here I am, cute as can be, ready to start my new life. I love to play and take walks. I would love to have a dog friend, but I've been told I can get a little excited and being a full sized gal, I can accidentally knock dogs over...so it's probably best that I have a dog friend that is young and playful. I love kids too, but because I'm a big playful girl, I should be around kids over 8 years old. I miss having a family and I know the perfect one is out there! Please consider giving me a forever home!

I am 5 years old, neutered, michrochipped, up to date on shots and heartworm tested. Adoption fee is $125.
