Wolfie's Story...
Hi, my name is Wolfie. I am a male, Shepherd Mix Breed pup and I am only 6 weeks old. I was found wandering the streets by my lonesome self. Luckily a nice officer brought me in and now I have a safe place to rest, a comfy bed and yummy chow to eat. I'm just a pup needing a place to call my own....would you please be so kind to adopt a little guy like me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wolfie, a Pinehurst Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Pinehurst, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Pinehurst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pinehurst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pinehurst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pinehurst paves the way for another one to be saved.
