My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hershey is in a foster home in Memphis TN. Hershey is a 7yo male chocolate lab mix who was rescued as a stray in Memphis. Friendly, well socialized, typical wonderful lab temperament. Great with cats and other dogs and socialized with kids and recommended for children 6 years and older. Medium energy level. Loves to be with his people. Good on a leash, rides great in the car. Housebroken. Hershey has separation anxiety and prefers a home where his humans are home most of the time. When he first came to us Hershey had heartworms but he was treated without complications and is now ready for adoption. Healthy and fully vetted, current on shots, neutered, weighs about 65 pounds. Although Hershey is 7 years old and officially a 'senior dog,' he is still very active and has many good years left! Good all around family dog will make a wonderful companion (and jogging partner!) for an active family with kids. For more information about Hershey, contact his foster dad jmkoury1@gmail.com .
