My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rex is a handsome, sable, male German Shepherd/hound mix. He is approximately five years old and has a moderate energy level. He is a very sweet boy and does well with other dogs. We would like to place him in a home with German Shepherd experience. All dogs adopted from Middle Tennessee German Shepherd Rescue are spayed/neutered, current on all vaccinations and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE: Our philosophy is “Rescue locally, place locally” which means we primarily pull dogs from shelters in the Nashville area AND we prefer to place our dogs in homes within a one-hour drive of Nashville. If you are outside of the Nashville area, please consider adopting a homeless dog in your local community.
