Baby's Story...
Baby is a 1 year old calico spayed female. She is very friendly with people and loves to play. She gets along with other cats, dogs, and kids! She is a little bit chubby though and could use some exercise. She loves to do her kitty yoga in the morning and cracks all of us up with the funny poses she strikes while waiting for her breakfast. She would be a great addition to any family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby, a Staunton Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
