Barney/Happy B'day's Story...
Please welcome Barney to rescue. This devilishly handsome mantle fellow has a birthday today (3/1) and is 4 yrs old!!!!! Happy Birthday Barney!!!!!

Barney is a very nice fellow who loves to run & play. He is good on walks with a Halti and well behaved. Little kids make him a bit nervous but older kids would be fine. We are told he has been to the dog park and had a lot of fun. He has no background with cats. Beyond that, he is fairly new to rescue so we can't tell you much more at this time. He is crate savvy but totally not necessary!

If you would like to help with his care while he is in rescue, please go our homepage: www.greatdanerescueofazalliance.com and click on Donate!!! Thank you for caring.

To meet this handsome guy, please contact the Alliance. A home check and meet & greet with all family members is required. There is an adoption contract and an adoption fee of $400.00. 623 869-0409 Dane line

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barney/Happy B'day, a Phoenix Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
